Creating More Racially Integrated and Equitable Experiences in Independent Schools that Promote Safety, Trust, Wellness, Belonging: Participants will focus on how students from historically marginalized races, cultures, and identities experience independent schools and create innovative ways to address important issues. During the free, three-day, virtual program, students will be asked to generate ideas and solutions for programs, technologies, policies, interactions, and communication to build more equitable experiences in independent schools.
