Registration
Please note: This is a multi-step process — please read the detailed instructions carefully!
Step 1: When registering your school, choose the location you are registering for, either Nueva or MKA. List the contact person and/or chaperone who will be present with the students. (You only need to complete this form ONCE for your school)
Step 2: When you are directed to make your payment, you will make two transactions: one for chaperones and one for students.
Step 3: Once you’ve completed both this initial registration form and made the payment, you will be sent a School Confirmation Form to list the names of student and adult participants.
Additional information:
HackBAC is open to students of all cultural and ethnic backgrounds who have demonstrated interest in advancing the work of social justice.
We anticipate this conference will sell out! Please don't delay getting your school signed up. Early Bird registration ends 12/15.
Once registration closes, we will send an Onboarding Form to all registered participants to finalize student track preferences and provide any other important information needed to maximize the conference experience.
Registration Costs:
Early Bird: $499/student (until 12/15/2025)
General Admission: $599/student (until 2/2/2026)
Chaperone: $299/chaperone.
Cancelation Policy:
*Should your school cohort no longer be able to attend HackBAC 2026, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation notice given before January 16, 2026 incurs no fee.
Cancellation notice given between January 17 and February 1 incurs a 50% fee. If requested, this fee can be held by the BAC to apply as credit towards participants at a future HackBAC experience.
Cancellation after February 2 incurs 100% of the invoiced fee.
This policy is in place given that our HackBAC Team is hired based on the number of youth we have registered to attend, so our costs are based on registration. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
All meals are included in the cost of registration. Participating schools must organize their own transportation and lodging.
